It took me a while to eventually do this video because I really didn't know what to say other than something really simple (and I needed a kick in the pants to do it)--so I just made this simple video because I couldn't really think of any more to say about the subject. I wish I had more profound things to say about it, but I don't.

Well, not to knock, but it appears you have no understanding of the principles of tithing. Tithing (at least in the Bible) is the concept that nothing is yours, it is all given to you by God. He wants some back for THE PURPOSE of you being able to handle "little" and thereby be given "much".

I may have a misunderstanding of it. It had been explained to me that it doesn't have to be "given to God" since the concept of giving something to God doesn't exactly make much sense.... but can be given to others who are in need. But you may be right.
