Very true--there ARE many like me, but they usually don't get out there and say anything, they're never usually the ones in the spotlight.

And there are the somewhat rare dance songs I like enough to actually want in my collection to just listen to, but it's like new country to me--it takes a rare gem for me to be interested.

I think the problem you're dressing is a stereotype that irks many of us.. I am girly as hell, but I don't lisp, call people "guuuurl" and I find these stereotypes and the affectation of being feminine while failing at ALL to resemble anything remotely like a woman frustrating, along with the idea that all gays are like the gay pride parade, or cross dress or like drag (i make a distinction between cross dressing and drag.. as drag is like a cartoon version of womanhood at best) meh rambly mess.

Condensed: the people you know fail at decorating, musical taste, and sanity, and really should not pressure you into these wrecks LOL
